Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation with More Than Two Weeks’ Notice: If you cancel your registration more than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the scheduled course start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
- Cancellation Within Two Weeks of Course Start Date: If you cancel within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the scheduled course start date, the full course fee is payable and no refund will be issued.
- No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend the course without prior notification will be considered “no-shows” and will not be eligible for a refund. The full course fee will be forfeited.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling with More Than Two Weeks’ Notice: Participants may request to reschedule their course registration more than two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the course start date, subject to availability. No additional fees will apply.
- Rescheduling Within Two Weeks of Course Start Date: Rescheduling requests made within two weeks (14 calendar days) of the course start date may be subject to an administrative fee. All rescheduling is subject to availability.
- WellEngIQ Cancellation: WellEngIQ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or facility issues. In the event of cancellation by WellEngIQ, participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling to a future course date or receiving a full refund of the course fee.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, participants must submit a written request via email to vanessa@wellengiq.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Certificate Issuance & Payment Terms
- Course certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and receipt of payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
- WellEngIQ reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse certificate issuance where accounts are overdue or payment terms have not been met until the account is brought fully up to date.
Exceptions
WellEngIQ may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in situations involving documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation may be required.
