Two very different heroes. One shared IWCF success.

It’s always a privilege to support candidates through their IWCF Well Control journey and last week reminded us why we do what we do.

We had the pleasure of working with two professionals at very different stages of their careers:

🔹 One, an office-based team lead engineer with wealth of experience, returning for recertification; and
🔹 The other, a well servicing driller tackling Level 4 for the very first time and preparing to step into his new role as night rig manager.

Both passed with flying colours. Which is something that we always strive for here at WellEngIQ.

Our experienced engineer had the accuracy of a surgeon that was reflected on his exam scores and is currently top of our leaderboard. We are excited to see how this develops over the course of 12 months. Will anyone be able to top our engineer?

But the quiet highlight of the week was watching our driller’s dedication. First one in and last one out. He spent every spare moment on his homework and fully committed to the process. No doubt he will bring that same focus to the rig, where his team is in excellent hands. The industry is lucky to have professionals who are dedicated to the safety of their crew and the environment.

To both of you: congratulations and thank you. Your efforts remind us what’s possible with the right mindset and we can’t wait to welcome you back in two years. The course will be even better by then because at WellEngIQ, we’re just getting started.

This week, we’ll be out meeting clients and working hard to implement some of the great feedback we’ve received. If you would like to see what students are already saying about us – check out our latest google reviews.

Wishing you all a safe and successful week ahead.
